The Department of External Relations and Advancement develops and strengthens sustainable relationships with government entities, industry, academic institutions, alumni, donors, international organizations, and the wider community. Through strategic engagement, partnership development, philanthropy, and institutional collaboration, the Office supports Alfaisal University's mission of excellence in education, research, innovation, and societal contribution.
Our Role
The Department of External Relations and Advancement serves as the University's central point of contact for developing strategic partnerships and securing philanthropic support that advances Alfaisal University's long-term growth and success. The Office provides the expertise and leadership required to plan, coordinate, and manage the University's fundraising and engagement initiatives in a professional, transparent, and strategic manner. Through proactive relationship-building and donor engagement, it cultivates sustainable sources of philanthropic support while fostering meaningful partnerships with individuals, corporations, foundations, government entities, and alumni.
Its core functions include partnership development, philanthropy and fundraising, donations and legacy giving, donor relations and stewardship, and the planning and management of institutional events that strengthen engagement and support the University's mission.

Alfaisal Students fund program aims to foster knowledge and enhance the know -how of our national and international students community through facilitating and funding scholarships, research grants, training, and activities sponsorships with over 200 collaborations between donors, advisory board members, strategic partners, and sponsors.
